Las reuniones comenzaron el 19 de abril cerca de la sede de la DIA en Miami, y est\u00e1n programadas para concluir el 27 de abril.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLo que valoramos aqu\u00ed es tener una consultar\u00eda en la Divisi\u00f3n Interamericana\u201d, dijo el pastor Israel Leito, presidente de la iglesia en \u00cdnter Am\u00e9rica al hablarle a los l\u00edderes el primer d\u00eda. \u201cEl ministerio departamental es un aspecto de la vida de la iglesia del cual la Divisi\u00f3n Interamericana no puede prescindir\u201d, dijo \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<p>Explicando el prop\u00f3sito de las reuniones de consultor\u00eda, el pastor Leito enfatiz\u00f3 a los congregados que las reuniones no eran un taller.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Les hemos invitado para que compartan con nosotros; esta reuni\u00f3n no es para instruirles. Estamos aqu\u00ed para evaluar nuestro plan estrat\u00e9gico y obtener vuestro participaci\u00f3n.
