{"id":11311,"date":"2009-01-28T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2009-01-28T04:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.81.217.108\/interamerica\/2009\/01\/adventista-recibe-honor-britanico-como-civil-por-labor-de-parteria\/"},"modified":"2017-06-02T09:06:33","modified_gmt":"2017-06-02T13:06:33","slug":"adventista-recibe-honor-britanico-como-civil-por-labor-de-parteria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/interamerica.org\/es\/2009\/01\/adventista-recibe-honor-britanico-como-civil-por-labor-de-parteria\/","title":{"rendered":"Adventista recibe honor brit\u00e1nico como civil por labor de Parter\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em >27 de enero, 2009 <\/em >London, Inglaterra&#8230;John Surridge\/Personal ANN  <\/p>\n<p>Huedel Morgan-Isaac, una adventista del s\u00e9ptimo d\u00eda y Partera de 28 a\u00f1os, fue reconocida Miembro del Imperio Brit\u00e1nico, quinto nivel de honor brit\u00e1nico para civiles, por Servicios de Parter\u00eda y Cuidado de la Salud en Wales. <\/p>\n<p>Ella recibi\u00f3 el premio del Pr\u00edncipe Charles durante una ceremonia en el Palacio de Buckingham a finales del a\u00f1o pasado. <\/p>\n<p>\u00abEl fue muy agradable\u00bb, dijo Morgan-Isaac del encuentro con la realeza. \u00abAunque se otorgaron 97 reconocimientos ese d\u00eda, \u00e9l me hizo sentir especial, como si yo hubiese sido la \u00fanica persona que recib\u00eda una medalla\u00bb. <\/p>\n<p>Morgan-Isaac es una miembro activa de la Iglesia Adventista de Cardiff. Igual, ella es miembro del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo de la Misi\u00f3n de Welsh. <\/p>\n<p>Nominada para el reconocimiento por los administradores de <em >Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust, <\/em >la nominaci\u00f3n fue luego aprobada por la Asamblea de Welsh. Actualmente [Morgan-Isaac] se encarga del aspecto cl\u00ednico para la Unidad de Parter\u00eda en el Hospital Llandough en Cardiff que es dirigida, justo, por Parter\u00eda.  <\/p>\n<p>Margan-Isaac dej\u00f3 el trabjo de hospital en 1993 para servir como partera comunitaria. En ese trabajo se percat\u00f3 de las dificultades afrontadas por las madres adolescentes. Lanz\u00f3 un programa de educaci\u00f3n para las madres adolescentes en conjunto con un colegio local para que pudieran continuar su educaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>Aunque estaba ocupada en la crianza de sus propios chicos, Morgan-Isaac ense\u00f1aba educaci\u00f3n en salud y cuidado de los hijos para el programa.
