Respuesta de emergencia, Gaza, Alemania y Noruega<\/em><\/p>\n

Al asentarse el fr\u00edo invernal sobre la Franja de Gaza, la crisis humanitaria ha alcanzado su punto m\u00e1ximo. Con una vasta mayor\u00eda de la poblaci\u00f3n, desplazada y con una estructura diezmada, la Agencia Adventista de Desarrollo y Recursos Asistenciales (ADRA) ha movilizado una campa\u00f1a cr\u00edtica de preparaci\u00f3n para el invierno a fin de lanzar una cuerda salvavidas a las familias que enfrentan condiciones que ponen en peligro su vida.<\/p>\n

Una desesperada migraci\u00f3n hacia el norte <\/strong><\/p>\n

A pesar del cese de actividades hostiles despu\u00e9s del cese al fuego en octubre de 2025, el panorama humanitario permanece desalentador. De acuerdo con los informes del proyecto de ADRA Alemania, una cantidad considerable de personas desplazadas han comenzado a emigrar de nuevo al norte de Gaza. Este movimiento obedece a una cruda realidad. Las condiciones de vida en el superpoblado sur de Gaza se han vuelto todav\u00eda m\u00e1s insoportables que las ruinas de la regi\u00f3n norte.<\/p>\n

La mayor\u00eda de las familias se est\u00e1n alojando en edificios estructuralmente comprometidos, tiendas improvisadas que les ofrecen poca protecci\u00f3n contra el viento, o abarrotados albergues p\u00fablicos carentes de las condiciones higi\u00e9nicas b\u00e1sicas.<\/p>\n

La situaci\u00f3n dio un vuelco catastr\u00f3fico a mediados de noviembre, cuando lluvias torrenciales inundaron esos campamentos informales, afectando con ello a miles de familias. En un panorama en donde una habitaci\u00f3n segura, suministros consistentes de alimentaci\u00f3n y agua potable, son casi inexistentes, estos fen\u00f3menos clim\u00e1ticos ya no son solo una inconveniencia; son una amenaza a la sobrevivencia.<\/p>\n

Log\u00edstica de esperanza: La Operaci\u00f3n de Ayuda Humanitaria de Invierno <\/strong><\/p>\n

A fin de combatir el desplome de las temperaturas, ADRA se ha asociado al Plan Internacional Egipto para coordinar una sofisticada cadena de suministros. Desde Egipto, una operaci\u00f3n a grande escala de adquisici\u00f3n y empaquetado est\u00e1 en marcha para equipar a 832 familias; aproximadamente 4,160 personas, con art\u00edculos para sobrevivir el invierno.<\/p>\n

Cada paquete de ayuda humanitaria incluye cobijas pesadas, ropa t\u00e9rmica, calzado durable de invierno, y tiendas de campa\u00f1a resistentes a la intemperie para aquellos que no cuentan con un refugio estructural.<\/p>\n

Estos suministros est\u00e1n siendo transportados v\u00eda una caravana de camiones hasta el paso fronterizo de Rafah, en donde son recibidos por socios locales para su distribuci\u00f3n final entre las familias que m\u00e1s lo necesitan. Recientemente, dos de los cuatro camiones que llevaban suministros de invierno y cobijas proporcionados por ADRA tuvieron \u00e9xito en entrar en Gaza. Se espera que los otros dos veh\u00edculos crucen la frontera muy pronto. El Plan Internacional Egipto va a continuar manteniendo actualizada a la agencia ADRA en cuanto al estado del resto de los camiones tan pronto como haya nuevo progreso.<\/p>\n

Un legado de intervenci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/p>\n

El compromiso de ADRA hacia esta regi\u00f3n no es nuevo. Desde principios de 2024, la agencia ha trabajado al lado de las organizaciones sin fines de lucro, Plan Internacional Egipto y ANERA, para proveer asistencia alimentaria de emergencia a aproximadamente 30,000 personas en las zonas de Gaza m\u00e1s afectadas. A pesar de los desaf\u00edos log\u00edsticos m\u00e1s extremos y los riesgos permanentes de seguridad, ADRA ha mantenido una presencia permanente, habiendo evolucionado su respuesta de asistencia alimentaria inmediata, a un apoyo a largo plazo de su sobrevivencia.<\/p>\n
