L\u2019objectif est de pouvoir comprendre les r\u00e8glements, strat\u00e9gies, culture et meilleures pratiques de l\u2019organisation et pr\u00e9parer les dirigeants serviteurs \u00e0 donner l\u2019exemple dans la mani\u00e8re d\u2019appliquer les principes et pratiques du leadership de Christ. L\u2019ap\u00f4tre Paul donne ce conseil : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Suivez donc mon exemple, comme moi, de mon c\u00f4t\u00e9, je suis celui du Christ.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> (1 Corinthiens 11.1, La Bible du Semeur). L\u2019intention ici est de former les nouveaux dirigeants comme les actuels, \u00e0 accueillir et encourager la tradition adventiste.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Des strat\u00e9gies consistant \u00e0 donner un accompagnement, \u00e9valuer et assurer une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de mentorat, sont incluses dans le paradigme de ce leadership. C\u2019est une initiative fusionn\u00e9e comprenant un apprentissage actif (attribution de projets, groupes de travail) et des innovations technologiques (face \u00e0 face, collaboration, vid\u00e9os, en ligne et autres formes d\u2019apprentissage \u00e0 longue distance).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectifs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer les pratiques de leadership parmi les administrateurs d\u2019unions, de champs locaux et d\u2019institutions, les directeurs de d\u00e9partement et les pasteurs d\u2019\u00e9glise.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Renforcer la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 et la confiance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019administration de l\u2019\u00c9glise et de ses organisations, \u00e0 chaque niveau de la Division.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Encourager l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des initiatives de l\u2019organisation qui sont mises en place dans le but de faire progresser la mission.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Le programme comporte deux segments principaux\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement en leadership organisationnel<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement dans le leadership individuel<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Les administrateurs de la Division seront responsables du segment du d\u00e9veloppement en leadership organisationnel qui se focalise sur\u00a0:\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9sultats et strat\u00e9gies organisationnels d\u2019un leadership collectif, connect\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Compr\u00e9hension des r\u00e8glements organisationnels<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9laboration des r\u00e8glements, d\u00e9clarations et lignes directrices de l\u2019organisation<\/li>\n<li>Mise \u00e0 ex\u00e9cution des r\u00e8glements organisationnels, nouveaux et actuels<\/li>\n<li>Fortifier l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 organisationnelle dans la structure actuelle<\/li>\n<li>Aider chaque organisation \u00e0 traiter chaque aspect des priorit\u00e9s organisationnelles<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper des \u00e9quipes de leadership efficaces dans l\u2019organisation<\/li>\n<li>Leadership organisationnel interculturel et prise de d\u00e9cision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>C\u2019est au coordinateur du d\u00e9veloppement en leadership de la Division qu\u2019incombe la responsabilit\u00e9 du segment du d\u00e9veloppement dans le leadership individuel.
