Ce ne sont que quelques-uns des centaines de r\u00f4les que jouent les membres d\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019AdventHealth en travaillant ensemble pour offrir des soins globaux \u00e0 leurs patients et \u00e0 leur communaut\u00e9. En f\u00e9vrier, AdventHealth a atteint un jalon majeur en accueillant un cent milli\u00e8me membre d\u2019\u00e9quipe au sein de son personnel qualifi\u00e9 et compatissant, lequel prend soin de pr\u00e8s de 9 millions de patients par ann\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les effectifs ne comptaient que 70\u00a0000 membres d\u2019\u00e9quipe il n\u2019y a que quatre ans, le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 ayant embauch\u00e9 30\u00a0000 personnes et ouvert ou achet\u00e9 d\u2019autres h\u00f4pitaux, des unit\u00e9s d\u2019urgence ind\u00e9pendantes et des sites de soins primaires afin de suivre les besoins croissants de ses communaut\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9. Par exemple, durant l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, des membres d\u2019\u00e9quipe de tout le syst\u00e8me ont offert leur soutien \u00e0 des coll\u00e8gues affect\u00e9s par les <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adventhealth.com\/news\/adventhealth-stands-strong-face-2-hurricanes\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ouragans Milton et Helene<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, recueillant plus de 500\u00a0000 dollars am\u00e9ricains, doubl\u00e9s par l\u2019entreprise, et offrant de leurs cong\u00e9s non utilis\u00e9s pour soutenir ceux qui ne pouvaient travailler \u00e0 cause de probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux intemp\u00e9ries. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, dans le cadre d\u2019AdventHealth Global Missions (\u00ab\u00a0Missions mondiales d\u2019AdventHealth\u00a0\u00bb), plus de 300 membres d\u2019\u00e9quipe b\u00e9n\u00e9voles ont fait, collectivement, 30 voyages dans plus de neuf pays pour prendre soin de plus de 22\u00a0000 personnes dont l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des services de sant\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En tout, les membres d\u2019\u00e9quipe offrent, chaque ann\u00e9e, des dizaines de milliers d\u2019heures b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, participant \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements comme des cliniques m\u00e9dicales gratuites, des programmes de nourriture saine et des distributions de fournitures scolaires. Ils mettent \u00e9galement la main \u00e0 la p\u00e2te aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d\u2019une vaste gamme de partenaires communautaires, le tout pour am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 de leurs communaut\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u00a0Nos effectifs sont en pleine croissance, mais notre impact \u00e9galement, celui d\u2019offrir en tout temps des soins de sant\u00e9 globale \u00e0 chaque patient.
