Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de lutte, j\u2019ai finalement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser que prendre soin de ma sant\u00e9 ne se r\u00e9sumait pas \u00e0 une apparence ou \u00e0 une sensation particuli\u00e8re ; il s\u2019agissait d\u2019honorer Dieu avec la vie qu\u2019il m\u2019a confi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Dieu nous a cr\u00e9\u00e9s pour \u00eatre les intendants de nombreuses choses, y compris du corps qu\u2019il nous a donn\u00e9 (voir 1 Corinthiens 6 :19, 20). La question est : traitons-nous notre corps avec la m\u00eame bienveillance et le m\u00eame respect avec lesquels il l\u2019aurait trait\u00e9 ? En prenant soin de nous-m\u00eames, nous sommes non seulement dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 suivre ses directives, mais aussi capables de le faire.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne sais pas pour vous, mais j\u2019ai une tr\u00e8s\u00a0<em>active<\/em>! O\u00f9 trouvons-nous le temps de nous occuper de notre sant\u00e9 ? La motivation ne vient pas automatiquement. Il est difficile d\u2019avoir un programme d\u2019exercice r\u00e9gulier et de manger correctement. Heureusement, Dieu est le dispensateur de toute bonne chose, y compris le don de la discipline, et la discipline est ce qui cr\u00e9e la motivation.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques conseils simples que vous pouvez adopter pour booster votre sant\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Commencez par de petits changements durables.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les ajustements progressifs dans le temps ont souvent plus de chances de durer que des changements de mode de vie radicaux et extr\u00eames. Par exemple, prenez l\u2019habitude de garder une bouteille d\u2019eau pr\u00e8s de votre lit. Ne laissez pas vos pieds toucher le sol avant de boire une bonne quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau. Ensuite, programmez des rappels pour vous inciter \u00e0 boire tout au long de la journ\u00e9e ! Ceux qui commencent bien ont plus de chances de bien finir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le mouvement est un don.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exercice physique ne doit jamais \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une punition. Des \u00e9tudes montrent l\u2019importance du mouvement en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ainsi que du cardio et de la musculation, pour maintenir les organes et les muscles en bonne sant\u00e9. Cela ne signifie pas que vous devez marcher 16 km par jour ou passer deux heures \u00e0 faire quelque chose que vous d\u00e9testez. Commencez par 10 minutes d\u2019exercice musculaire par jour ; prenez l\u2019habitude de vous lever et de bouger toutes les heures ; trouvez une activit\u00e9 que vous aimez et \u00e0 laquelle toute votre famille peut participer. Bougez simplement plus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La nourriture est un carburant.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au lieu d\u2019\u00eatre obs\u00e9d\u00e9 par les r\u00e9gimes et les calories, appr\u00e9ciez les aliments complets que Dieu nous a donn\u00e9s. Consid\u00e9rez la nourriture comme le carburant qu\u2019elle est cens\u00e9e \u00eatre. Mangez de la \u00ab vraie nourriture, \u00bb \u00e9quilibrez votre alimentation en consommant beaucoup de fibres, de prot\u00e9ines pures et de bonnes graisses, et arr\u00eatez de manger lorsque vous \u00eates rassasi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prenez le temps de vous reposer et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aussi important que soient l\u2019exercice, le repos et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration le sont tout autant. Cherchez \u00e0 avoir un sommeil plus r\u00e9parateur et profitez du sabbat que Dieu vous accorde chaque septi\u00e8me jour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Privil\u00e9giez la communaut\u00e9 et la responsabilisation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La communaut\u00e9 est essentielle pour notre sant\u00e9, car elle offre un cadre de soutien, de responsabilisation et de lien social. Lorsque nous nous r\u00e9unissons pour adorer en tant que communaut\u00e9 de croyants, encourageons-nous les uns les autres, physiquement, spirituellement et \u00e9motionnellement !<\/p>\n<p>Votre sant\u00e9 n\u2019a pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre compliqu\u00e9e. En faisant des choix modestes et r\u00e9guliers, vous pouvez construire une vie plus saine. Prendre soin de son corps est une fa\u00e7on d\u2019honorer Celui qui donne la vie.
