Et il n\u2019aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible sans la conviction, le soutien et le d\u00e9vouement des membres de notre \u00e9quipe.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e9riode qui a men\u00e9 \u00e0 la transition a eu son lot de complexit\u00e9s. Une pause et une r\u00e9\u00e9valuation du nouveau nom, des n\u00e9gociations pour la r\u00e9servation des droits de nomination ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9limination graduelle d\u2019anciens noms qui furent des pierres angulaires dans leur communaut\u00e9 respective ont toutes pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res. Mais \u00e0 la fin, cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 le simple changement d\u2019appellation de l\u2019organisation et des \u00e9tablissements de l\u2019un des plus vastes syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 confessionnels au pays. Il a marqu\u00e9 un virage culturel qui place le patient au premier plan en mati\u00e8re de soins.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 cette transformation, parce que nous voulions \u00eatre une organisation r\u00e9ellement ax\u00e9e sur les patients, a expliqu\u00e9 M.\u00a0Shaw. L\u2019adoption d\u2019une marque commune pour tout le syst\u00e8me \u00e9tait un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel \u00e0 l\u2019atteinte de cet objectif.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Douze mois plus tard, <em>AdventHealth<\/em> rend les soins de sant\u00e9 plus accessibles et promeut la sant\u00e9 globale de ses patients. Le r\u00e9seau, dont les h\u00f4pitaux ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 port\u00e9 30 noms diff\u00e9rents, a maintenant son identit\u00e9 distincte. Ainsi, il est maintenant plus facile pour les patients de distinguer les \u00e9tablissements et les services de tout le r\u00e9seau d\u2019<em>AdventHealth<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s M.\u00a0Shaw, \u00ab\u00a0Les syst\u00e8mes de soins de sant\u00e9 ont souvent le d\u00e9faut d\u2019\u00eatre difficilement navigables. Les gens ont donc de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 obtenir tous les soins dont ils ont besoin, leur traitement demeurant ainsi incomplet. Maintenant, lorsqu\u2019une personne passe d\u2019un stade de soins \u00e0 un autre au sein m\u00eame de notre r\u00e9seau, elle sait qu\u2019elle passe \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me connecte, car les \u00e9tablissements portent tous le m\u00eame nom. Nous participons \u00e9galement au processus de navigation afin de guider les patients et de travailler \u00e9troitement avec eux pour leur assurer une exp\u00e9rience ininterrompue durant tout leur cheminement vers une meilleure sant\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Effectivement, la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une plus grande connectivit\u00e9 au sein d\u2019une m\u00eame marque implique la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des patients dans les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019<em>AdventHealth<\/em>. Pour ce faire, plus de 60\u00a0000 membres d\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e0 la grandeur de l\u2019organisation ont pris part \u00e0 une formation immersive pour s\u2019unir dans la mission, la vision, les valeurs et les standards de service du r\u00e9seau afin d\u2019offrir aux patients une exp\u00e9rience constante, exceptionnelle et de sant\u00e9 globale dans chacun des \u00e9tablissements. Et cette transformation n\u2019est pas pass\u00e9e inaper\u00e7ue.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les patients ont r\u00e9agi de mani\u00e8re positive. Je pense que les gens comprennent maintenant o\u00f9 nous voulons aller et la raison pour laquelle nous avons fait ce changement. Les patients sont dor\u00e9navant au centre et \u00e0 l\u2019avant-plan de tout ce que nous faisons\u00a0\u00bb, a ajout\u00e9 M.\u00a0Shaw.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019organisation de soins de sant\u00e9 est en train de solidifier d\u2019autant plus cette approche ax\u00e9e sur le patient en l\u2019impliquant davantage par l\u2019exploitation d\u2019un nouvel acc\u00e8s num\u00e9rique. Ainsi, la nouvelle application d\u2019<em>AdventHealth<\/em> est un catalyseur de cette meilleure relation avec le patient. Elle permet aux utilisateurs de prendre leurs soins de sant\u00e9 en charge gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une interface simple et intuitive qui envoie aux patients des rappels de rendez-vous et des renouvellements d\u2019ordonnances et qui les avertit de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de nouveaux r\u00e9sultats de laboratoire. L\u2019application offre \u00e9galement aux patients la possibilit\u00e9 pratique de prendre leurs rendez-vous et d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 leurs dossiers m\u00e9dicaux.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis cette transformation, bien des choses ont chang\u00e9 chez <em>AdventHealth<\/em>, mais M.\u00a0Shaw insiste pour dire que l\u2019organisation ne perdra jamais de vue ce qui doit demeurer.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Quel que soit le nombre de nouvelles enseignes, notre mission de partager \u201cle minist\u00e8re de gu\u00e9rison du Christ\u201d est et a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 notre raison d\u2019\u00eatre.
