Montemorelos, Nuevo Leon, Mexico…[Comunicando UM/IAD Staff]
In a special weekend ceremony held Nov. 14-16, Montemorelos University (MU) celebrated its 61st anniversary. Since being established in 1942, thousands of students have been educated there.
With the theme “Transformed Lives”, faculty, students and alumni celebrated the institution’s history. MU was established as a university 30 years ago as officially declared by the state of Nuevo Leon in 1973. Its School of Nursing has existed for 55 years and, has offered a masters program in Business Administration for 15 years.
Those present were able to participate in seminars on health and business from guest speakers in commemoration of the event.
