The island of St. Vincent has a population that surpasses 100,000 people.  St. Vincent is a tropical island by excellence with clear sea water, white sand beaches and plenty of sun. This island was chosen by College Health Foods, a branch of the IAHFC, to establish a sales and distribution outlet center in the city.

On Monday, June 28, 2004, an inauguration ceremony was conducted at 10:30 in the morning.  With the presence of health authorities, church leaders and the College Health Foods administrators, the CHF Health Food Store opened its doors to serve the community with healthful foods and promote health food education.

College Health Foods has been serving the people in Trinidad with granola and granola cereal bars, soy milk powder and texturized soy bean products. They are known in the community as the “Soy People”.
