Nassau, Bahamas…[Barrington Brennen/IAD]

The president of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the North Bahamas Mission, Dr. Keith D. Albury, died yesterday after a one-year battle with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Dr. Albury, 48, died shortly after surgery at Scottsdale Health in Arizona, United States, on Jan. 24, 2006.

The church in the Bahamas and West Indies Union territory mourns for the loss of Dr. Albury who served the church for more than 26 years.

He is survived by his wife and three sons.

A memorial service will follow in the coming days.
