Medellin, Colombia…[Colombia Union/IAD Staff]

More than 2,300 young people from hundreds of Seventh-day Adventist Churches throughout Colombia packed up their sleeping bags to set up camp during the 5th National Pathfinder Camporee in Medellin, Colombia, from June 27 to July 2.

The Pathfinders were read a statement written by Dr. Alvaro Uribe Velez, the president of Colombia, which welcomed the assembled youth and acknowledged their contribution to a better Colombia.

During the camporee, themed “Conquering for Jesus,” Pathfinders were reminded that their presence is a testimony not only of how Christ has conquered in their lives but that they may consecrate their talents to His service.
