Miami, Florida…[Libna Stevents/IAD]

As part of a larger strategic plan, the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Inter-America will be holding its first Biblical Stewardship Institute of the current five-year period, in Miami, Aug. 28-30. The institute will provide spiritual and professional training for the dozens of stewardship directors from the church’s conference and mission offices from 14 of the 15 regions in Inter-America.

The session to take place is part two of an advance level training taking place in the territory. Part one or the basic training level was held twice between 2000 and 2004.

Stewardship leaders attending this year’s biblical stewardship institute will brush up on the importance of the stewardship ministry, share experiences about methods that have good results in different parts of the Division, define guidelines and procedures that facilitate teamwork as well as discuss programs and projects that will take place during the quinquennium.
