The Adventist-laymen’s Services and Industries (ASi) of the Inter-American Division (IAD) will gather Adventist business owners and professionals from throughout the territory in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Aug. 16-19, 2023. The event is the first in-person ASi Inter-America convention to be held since the pandemic hit in 2020.

Themed “Igniting the Flames for Mission,” the four-day event will seek to inspire and reaffirm ASi chapter members and attendees of their commitment to doubling their efforts in sharing Christ in their businesses and communities.

“We are very glad to have the opportunity to hold an ASi Convention once again to dialogue, network and learn about the projects and ministries in which so many laypersons have been engaged in spreading joy and the gospel message,” said David Poloche, secretary of ASi Inter-America.

This year, the convention will feature presentations and seminars focused on mission, health and the environment, organizers said.  Keynote speakers from the IAD will include Pastors Elie Henry, president, Leonard Johnson, executive secretary, Franck Geneus, health ministries director, as well as Philip Baptiste, secretary-treasurer of ASi North America, and other speakers from throughout the IAD territory.

Seminars on business, management, digital evangelism, project development, health and more.
