Hello, brothers and sisters, happy Sabbath.

I am glad to greet you on this special day, just after the conclusion of the online Youth Prayer Week, where young people were challenged to get involved in urban evangelism, bringing healing, hope, and salvation to all corners of the world.

Recapturing the Spirit of the Mission  – this is the emphasis that we, as a church, have embraced in our year-end administrative meetings. We want to redouble our efforts as we accept the call that God has placed on each one of us so that we can make a meaningful difference in the world.

In this same spirit, the children’s ministry department joins in the observance of World Orphan Day and invites us to unite in prayer, awareness, and action, remembering that vulnerable children are in urgent need of our care and support.

In these times in which we live, in a world that is suffering and crying out for hope, it is vital to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

For this is what the Lord has commanded us: “I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 13:47)

Let us embrace the spirit of mission, reflecting God’s love to those around us. And above all, let us ask Him to guide us every step of the way.

Maranatha!
