Hello Brothers and Sisters,

Happy Sabbath.

The first part of the year seems to be moving quickly and we give God thanks for how He is guiding His Church in every corner of Inter-America.
With the participation of the entire church—and especially families involved in mission—we have witnessed great miracles and powerful testimonies, resulting in 87,000 persons giving their lives to the Lord for the period January this year to today.

This is an unprecedented milestone, but you know what? There is still much to be done. Today more than ever, we face the challenge of bringing the message of salvation to millions who spend hours online and on social media, consuming ideas, images, and videos that offer no hope and distract from the eternal purpose. We too must have an online  presence sharing the gospel, because there are people who need to hear about Jesus.

In Habakkuk 2:14 (NIV) we find a beautiful promise: For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord  as the waters cover the sea..” This prophetic vision inspires us to mobilize so that every message, every screen, and every digital platform may reflect the light of Christ.

That is why the Seventh-day Adventist Church has developed a Digital Evangelism Strategy for Mission, with the goal of not only having an online presence, but using it to lead people into a living relationship with Jesus. That has been the focus every year on the second Sabbath of July in our churches, and we will also have the opportunity to join together at this time in a special worldwide offering for digital evangelism.

Let’s all get involved in this mission—by creating content that communicates hope, by conducting training in our churches, by designing digital outreach projects, by supporting with our offerings on July 12, and above all, by praying that God may use us so that thousands may hear that Jesus is coming soon.

Maranatha!
