Church administrators affirm strategic leadership roles to guide ministry and mission through 2030.

Members of the Inter-American Division (IAD) Executive Committee voted to fill several leadership positions that remained pending following the 62nd General Conference Session held in July 2025.

More than 150 committee members approved new leaders during day two of the IAD’s annual business meetings on Nov. 12, 2025, in Miami, Florida, United States.

New appointments at the IAD headquarters were voted:

“We are interested in reviewing the status of the 14 union missions midway through the term to determine whether they are ready to be upgraded to conference level or not,” said Pastor Abner De los Santos, president of the IAD, while addressing the 40-member nominating committee. “Our responsibility is to prayerfully and responsibly nominate those who will serve faithfully during this period.”
