The launch of the celebration shall be done at the executive committee meeting of the division on October 30, 2021. The following shall be considered as part of the launch:

1. Establishing the purpose of the celebration
2. Prayers of thanksgiving
3. Inspirational exhortations
4. Outline of the program for the year
5. Launch the theme song
