Miami, Florida…[Libna Stevens/IAD]

During a recent Inter-American Division Publishing Association (IADPA) board meeting late in May, leaders of the church in the territory of the IAD voted Pastor Pablo Perla as the president to lead the work of the publishing house. IADPA, one of two publishing houses in Inter-America, was established in 1984 and is based in Miami. It serves the territory with materials in Spanish, English and French, with the exception of Mexico, which has its own publishing house.

Pastor Pablo Perla, who is originally from El Salvador, will begin his work in the publishing house on July 28. He has pastored churches in North America, and filled such positions as president of Missions in Costa Rica and Honduras, university president in Costa Rica, union president in the Dominican Republic and Central America, and most recently as ministerial secretary for Central America’s three union fields.

He will relocate to Miami with his wife Marta. Their daughter, Tita, is married and lives in Maryland.
