The Seventh-day Adventist Church in the Inter-American Division (IAD) will celebrate Literature Evangelist Day during a special online event on April 19, 2025, from Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico.

The event will highlight the vital role literature evangelists play in spreading the gospel. The program will feature inspirational messages, practical seminars, and access to valuable resources, organizers said.

“Literature evangelists are our messengers of hope—often the first to reach people unknown to the church and the first to plant seeds of truth through printed publications,” said Pastor Isaias Espinoza, Publishing Ministries Director for the IAD. “We are thrilled to officially dedicate this special day to honoring their mission and service.”

Espinoza explained that the event will honor the dedication of literature evangelists, highlight the achievements of the top evangelists from 2024, offer training for both newcomers and seasoned workers, and reaffirm the importance of the printed page in advancing the mission.

The live event will be carried in Spanish, English and French live from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Central Mexico Time, or 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Miami Time, at webcast.interamerica.org
