Two new iPhone applications (or apps) offer Seventh-day Adventist television programming and local information for the church’s World Session, a 10-day spiritual gathering and business meeting set for later this month.

The church’s official television network, Hope Channel, released an app allowing users to watch its streaming channels live. Available for 99 cents at the iTunes shop, the app offers Hope Channel programs and a prgramming guide for its international networks, including North and South America, Europe and Asia.

To purchase the app, visit itunes.com/apps/hopechannel, or for more information, visit hopetv.org.

Another app, developed specifically for the June 23 through July 3 General Conference Session, was developed by the church’s North American Division. It features information on local hotels, restaurants and transportation. Also included are a facility map, the Session schedule and news.

The app is free to download from the iTunes store. Search the store for “GC Session.”
