Guatemala City, Guatemala…[Libna Stevens/IAD]
The Inter-American Health Food Company officially inaugurated a packaging and distribution store, called Cetebedi Guatemala, in Guatemala City on Oct. 26. The Guatemala store has been packing powdered soy milk since earlier this year.
“So far, we’ve had a lot of success with the sale of soy milk in Guatemala,” says Joel Zukovski, Inter-American Health Food Company general manager president with headquarters in Miami, Florida, United States. “With the new packaging equipment, the small facility will be able to fill the demands of the market there.”
Cetebedi Guatemala, which is under the umbrella of health food company Cetebedi S.A. of Costa Rica, will distribute other soy products to supermarket chains throughout the country.
